Our kitchen team consists of Head Chef Tom Hudson along with his skilled team including Ian Barron, Paul Malyon & Lewis Bell. Each member of the team brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the hospitality sector and other industries and are on hand to ensure your meal is second to none.
Our Front of House Team currently consists of Mark, Jayne, Emma, Shannon & Molly along with a team of enthusiastic waitresses and bar staff who all work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied.
Shannon Wells has recently qualified with a City & Guilds Level 3 Food & Beverage Course, training in house towards a supervisory role. She works between the restaurant floor and bar assisting Mark, Jayne & Emma in the general front of house duties. We are also thrilled to have Molly now undertaking a Level 2 City & Guilds Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Course to follow in Shannon's footsteps.
Each team member is just as important as the next and everybody plays a key role when on shift to ensure our customers' overall experience is one to remember!
